Chocolate Chip Cookies

Try these. I bet you can't eat just one.



2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 package ( 31/2 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
2 eggs
1 package (12 oz. ) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour and baking soda, set aside. Combine butter, sugars, vanilla and pudding mix in large mixing bowl; beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs, gradually add flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips (batter will be stiff). Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
